PeruArtCrafts guarantees that the product or products that you ordered are exactly as the description that appears on the web site.In the case the products you receive dont complain with the guaranties described please read our return policy.
Return Policy
- If the reason for your return is due to PeruArtCrafts error, we will send you a pre-paid packaging slip to facilitate the process of the return. PeruArtsCrafts will take full responsibility with any additional costs that may incur with the order.
- If the reason for your return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred including shipping and handling in order to complete the transaction to full satisfaction of the customer.
- Return/exchanges will not be accepted if customer is at fault for damaging the goods.
- If you are returning merchandise, the customer must use a courier company that offers a tracking system like DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. - this enables us to track any packages if necessary. The customer must also insure the packages since they are responsible for its contents.
- Return/exchange all items in its original packaging.
- If for any reason the customer needs to make a return, the customer's initial step must be to contact us by email where we will assign you a confirmation number for the return. The customer will then have 45 days from the date the confirmation number was assigned to return the package to our company.
Price Error
- If the product purchased is at a lower price than originally stated PeruArtsCrafts will contact the customer before items are shipped to advise them of price difference due to customer or advise customer of cancellation of order.
- If you are charged a higher price than originally quoted, PeruArtsCrafts will acknowledge price difference and adjust accordingly to the lower price.
Order Cancellation
- Your order will be cancelled if your financial institution has declined your credit card.
- If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement.
Products Damaged/Incorrect/Incomplete Orders
- PeruArtsCrafts will replace any items that were damaged with the same item if available. If the damaged item is not available to be replaced, we will refund all monies including shipping & handling to the customer. If the wrong item was sent, please return the incorrect item and we will replace it the correct one or will cancel your order upon customer request.
- In the case of the above mentioned occurs, please follow the instructions below:
Immediately email us at with your name, email address, order number and indicate reasons for your return.
PeruArtsCrafts will not be responsible for the following situations
- The customer has given us the wrong shipping address and never received the package.
- The given address was temporary and the package is forwarded to the current address - the additional cost will be charged to the customer.
- If package is not received at the given address and returned to us, a charge will incur on the customer's credit card.
- A P.O. Box that was given as an address.
All returns will have a surcharge of US$10.00 plus the additional costs for shipping & handling to the correct address.
