Registration

To shop with us you will need to register first; to do so press the "My Account" button in the top part of the page. Then press the "I am a new user" button and fill out the registration form. After this, you are ready to shop with us. By registering in our site you agree to the terms and conditions of our site. Please read our terms of use before you shop.

Finding products

You can find products in the following ways:

Search: Fill in the search box located in the top left corner of the page, where you can search by product name, code, artist or description. Press the "magnifying glass" icon to perform the search. Then you will see a list of the relevant products; click on a product to see its description.

Sections: Our site is organized in 2 main sections: "Handicrafts" and "Places". In each section you will find the same products but organized in different ways. In the "Handicrafts" section you will find the products by their type of use. In the "Places" section you will find products by the geographic location. To access a section click on the name of the section at the left side of the page; when you open a section the other sections will be closed automatically. Pressing on a section opens a panel with the categories within this section.

Categories: To browse the categories within a section, press over the name of the category in the panel on the left side of the page. When you enter a category you will see its subcategories in the same panel and in the middle of the page. You can always go back to the previous category by pressing the "Go back to." link in the left panel. When inside a category, you will see a list of products contained in this category in the middle of the page; in the right you will see special products included in promotions. To access a product click on its picture.


Shopping Process

Shopping with us is easy, just follow these simple steps:

• Browse our hundreds of products by entering the categories on the left or search for a product using the search box.
• When you find a product you like, click on its picture to see a full description, price and availability.
• Press the "Add to shopping basket" button to add this product to your shopping cart.
